- 5. The gyratory massage machine may be floor-standing or hand-held. The gyratory vibration of the massage head is driven by a powerful electric motor. - 9. o Do not exceed 30 minutes on a specific area. o For spot reduction it should be incorporated into a treatment programme of twice weekly for 4- 6 weeks. o For relaxation used as required.
