Ivory Towers
From Transformers Wiki
The Ivory Towers (象牙の塔 Zōge no Tō) were the once the headquarters of the Primus Vanguard. Now, those twin towers serve as little more than a decaying gravestone to the destroyed corps.[1]

Precursor World
Yellow Splendid Convoy personally delivered the news of Blue Brightes Convoy's passing to Primus in his office.
Primus and the various Order leaders convened in a conference chamber to discuss how to combat the Vok threat. When the power of the White Matrix revealed that the Vok hailed from the future, Primus resolved to scry into the future to discern their motives with the Black Matrix over the objections of Black Go Prime.
Yellow Splendid Convoy, White Gallant Convoy, and Purple Wicked Convoy loitered in the hallways of the Ivory Towers gossiping about Primus holing himself up in his chambers in the wake of the vision he received.
Within his quarters, Primus underwent something of a breakdown over the revelation that the Vok were in fact the Vanguard's old enemies the Specters returned from the next universe until his pet ape Primacron revealed his own plan to conquer the next universe, attacked him and escaped.
Running out after the creature, Primus accosted his commanders in the hallways demanding their Matrices so that he might destroy the universe with his own before their enemies.
Understandably rebuffed by his soldiers, Primus wept in the now empty conference room before being assailed by a taunting vision by the Vok enemy.
Now truly at the end of his rope, Primus wept before the statue of his mentor, the creator god G One, for guidance in the Ivory Towers' holiest of holies before concocting a convoluted plan to "save" the universe. Finale Prelude
In the aftermath of Primus' mischief and the subsequent destruction of the Blue Order by the Straxuses, Magna Convoy converted the ruins of the proud corps' headquarters to a memorial site for its fallen members. He reflected on his place in the universe while kneeling before the gravestones of the dead in the very cathedral where Primus had plotted their destruction and then met Soundwave at the entrance. Notes
- While we can't say for certain, things like Primus and Primacron's presence there shortly after the events documented here make it pretty likely that the Ivory Towers are located somewhere on the Blue Planet.
- "Ivory Towers" is probably a pun on the tusks of Blue Big Convoy's mammoth alternate mode; it's more obvious in Japanese, as its word for ivory (象牙 zōge) literally means "elephant tusk".
- The memorial holograms in the Ivory Towers cathedral seen in the prequel to "Cybertron Magna Convoy" have the shapes of Generation 1 Skids, Prime Hot Shot, Generation 1 Frenzy, Legends Brainstorm, and a virtual redeco of Titans Return Black Shadow into Dai Atlas. All those characters would go on to appear prior to their demise in the Generations Selects special comic, confirming their membership in the Primus Vanguard.
- The statue in the center, meanwhile, is "Giant Robo G-1", an unreleased 1979 Microman toy.[2] In the finale of the Generations Selects comic it would be revealed to represent The One itself.
- Additional holograms revealed in the finale would include a Reverse Convoy, representing Brightes, as well as Timelines Heatwave, United Thunderwing, and The Last Knight Dragonicus, presumably representing other deceased Vanguard leaders.
