Sunday, June 30, saw the first Weekend Ka Vaar of Bigg Boss OTT 3, hosted by Anil Kapoor. During the episode, the Bollywood actor lost his cool on Poulomi Das for an interview where she spoke against Vada Pav Girl aka Chandrika Dixit. Das also lashed out at the host. Read the full update below

Bigg Boss OTT 3 has managed to keep the drama quotient high with each passing day. The first Weekend Ka Vaar (WKV) episode saw host Anil Kapoor lose his cool on multiple occasions. From calling out Vishal Pandey and Lovekesh Kataria to bashing Poulomi Das for her opinion on Vada Pav girl aka Chandrika Dixit Gera, it was two hours worth every second! The most wow moment? Poulami hitting back at Kapoor.

Anil slams Poulomi

The episode saw Kapoor schooling contestant Poulomi Das for one of her interviews that she gave before entering the show.

In the said interview, Das made negative remarks about Chandrika and her profession. This did not sit well with Anil Kapoor. He slammed her for her opinions while Das tried to explain to him that those were her words before she entered the game.

She further tried to make a point, as she said, that ever since she came inside the house, she felt what she said back then was wrong and even apologized for the same in the first week itself.

Well, it did not stop there! Later, during a task that was being performed between Vishal and Lovekesh, contestants were asked to choose one out of the two whose opinion they felt was 'unwanted. While the BB OTT 3 housemates mostly chose Pandey, Poulomi had a different response that made her the victim of the Night Manager actor's anger.

Poulomi initially decided not to make a choice between the two. Later, when Kapoor probed her, she said, 'I don't feel either of their opinions is waste." Hearing her statement, the host lost his cool once again and bashed her.

Poulami reacts

She further tried telling Anil Kapoor, "If you had asked me a week before, I would have said Vishal, but now I can't pick either of them as I feel their opinions are not a waste." This is when the Mr India actor brutally bashed Das.

He said, "Logon ke peeth peeche toh ap bahaut bol deti hai aur ab apse choice nahi ki jaa rahi." While Das asked for a minute to explain herself, Anil was in no mood to listen to her. After the host left, Poulomi was seen discussing with Chandrika Dixit and Armaan Malik about Anil Kapoor's statement. She disagreed with AK's opinion.

Poulomi said, "He is giving his opinion but I am sorry, I do not agree with it. There has been talk about my comments regarding Chandrika outside of the show, but I don't think it's fair. I feel like no one is discussing what she (Shivani) said about me. Whenever I try to bring it up, the topic gets changed. Isn't that unfair?"

Poulomi also feels that Shivani Kumari should get clarification about her statements. She said, "Yes, I do wear a bikini, but my Instagram has more than just bikini pictures. I also wear saris and there are photos of me in a lehenga with my family. It's frustrating that no one is discussing the issue at hand but is more interested in what I said before the show. There are 16 contestants, and I didn't know any of them."

Payal Malik gets evicted

Payal's journey in the game has now ended. It came as a shock to her co-contestants, who broke down upon hearing the news.

Armaan's second wife, Kritika, was also seen getting emotional. Payal Malik was very involved in the house, even planning a hunger strike over food issues. Her husband, Armaan Malik, came to support her.

Payal Malik is married to Armaan Malik, who is also married to Kritika Malik. The trio is widely recognised on social media.
