Pace your floor by viewing multiple upcoming reservations or blocks by table. Turn this on by tapping the ⚙ (gear icon) at the bottom of the floor plan and selecting “Multiple” under the “Upcoming” section.

Table Blocks

Now you can keep certain tables from being booked online each day. With Table Blocks, enjoy the flexibility to:

  • Create manager blocks for walk-ins or VIPs during a chosen time period
  • View current or edit upcoming same-day blocks
  • View overlapping blocks or assigned reservations

This feature is immediately available for existing Plus customers.  Look for the ⚙ (gear icon) in the bottom-right corner of your floor plan screen, or call 877-571-YELP to get started.

We’ve added seven new languages to help more customers seamlessly add themselves to your waitlist so front-of-house staff can focus on hospitality. Available languages include English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese (simplified and traditional), Spanish, Filipino, and Vietnamese.

This feature lets Plus plan customers change reservations capacity in the business owner app. Modify the minimum or maximum size for reservations, adjust the number of guests or parties accepted in 15 minute intervals, and edit pre-booking notes for guests.

Curbside SMS

Your host can now mark when an order is curbside and automatically text the customer with order updates. The confirmation text asks guests to text back when they arrive and provide details like their car make and model so staff has the information they need to deliver orders efficiently.
