NOTE: After triaging a task, we usually remove this tag (Language-Team) and keep or add relevant component and sprint tasks.

Team

The Wikimedia Foundation Language team is responsible for providing standards based internationalization, localization support for Wikimedia sites and translation tools for the Wikimedia movement.

Maintenance levels

This team has lots of responsibilities, and it is not possible to pay full attention to all of them simultaneously. Hence we have documented different levels of attention to set the expectations both to other parties and ourselves. Projects move between different levels of maintenance during their life-time.

For the very last one, I thought this was intentional because the button is disabled in this initial state, which makes sense. It's definitely a separate issue.

Getting rid of service-scaffold-node also means we should get rid of servicelib-node since it was created for service-scaffold node (this is the reason why service-scaffold node depends on packages that don't exist. This project never finished)
