Hi. Can you please show evidence of edit warring and vandalism for the accounts listed above ? Some of them are really long-term contributors, some are even admins. Not done there is no such discussion about performing CU on all these accounts, which include an administrator's username. I don't see what a CU request will resolve. If the accounts are editing against policy then block them, if they are not, then what is the issue. — billinghurst sDrewth 11:19, 1 June 2013 (UTC)

The issue is whether the community has to waste energy and time on easing a newcomer into constructive wiki editing, or whether ban all the accounts, as it was already extensively explained to the original account holder what's what in the wikipedia (blanket banning newbie accounts is not practiced at hy.wiki). ― Teak (talk) 16:31, 1 June 2013 (UTC)

Regardless of the justification of this request, the data are Stale. They are only preserved for 3 months, and Parandjem's last action was in February, Paranjem's on 12 March, and Ազատ Հայրենիք only has the registration in January. --MF-W 23:46, 16 June 2013 (UTC)

Reason(s): The banned user Diabo e Santo (see this request for more information) is on again creating sock puppets to disturb the project once more with poorly done edits and pages that need to be fixed (he does create some useful material together with his vandalism, so we can't just rollback and delete it all -- he is a smart vandal, not an easy one to fight). Discussion: Wikidata has no sock policy, but I believe it's assumed that using 24 accounts to edit is not okay globally.

Reason(s): Per w:en:Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Europefan, a user that has gone crosswiki, and one of the accounts is also blocked on de.wikipedia Special:CentralAuth/NeapleBerlina. User:Vituzzu has locked some accounts and done a CU at Meta. Rs chen 7754 22:05, 17 June 2013 (UTC)

No other accounts found. Actually not surprising, as the edits of the accounts on Wikidata only consist of adding interwiki links for the articles they created on enwiki; on the other hand there could have been sleepers (there are not).

I don't know (whether) this (is a) long-term abuser, but note that Special:CentralAuth/HeidelbergTurino is blocked on dewiki as a block evasion account of sulutil:Zombie433. --MF-W 18:35, 18 June 2013 (UTC)

Actually I wanted you to check their user agents. But now that I think about it, it seems that check-user information on user agents are pretty limited and the probability of users having the same agents is high.
