Hi
abcsayali! Yes, happy to review your profile, thanks for sharing.
Your GPA is strong and so is your GMAT score. Those definitely make you competitive from an academic standpoint.
Professionally, it's great that you've advanced to a project manager role. Definitely highlight the leadership program in your applications! Note that 6 years of experience is just a tad above the average for most business schools. So in addition to clearly explaining your post-MBA goals and why you need an MBA, make sure you are also addressing why now is the ideal time for you. Speaking of, I'm curious why the interest in marketing, since that seems like a big switch. Think about how you can link that interest to your background (work or personal).
It's good that you have some extracurriculars though none seem to be current. That is a common weak point and a tough one to fix if you're applying R3, but with more time, I would look to improve there.
The schools you mention sound like good fits for your goals, with Kellogg being the most selective and especially difficult in R3. I'd also look at Cornell, UCLA, and Texas which all have significant percentages of students going into marketing roles.
The only downside to applying R3 and then reapplying R1 is that it doesn't leave you much time to improve your profile. Decisions don't come out until May and then you only have a few months to submit R1 applications.
Hope that helps!
