How can I know what my strength and weaknesses are after the practice tests? Like which to focus on? How can I work on making an effective plan to reach my target score? Need help ASAP!

If you have already taken a diagnostic then analyse all the questions and categorize that particular section. Like if you are poor in verbal, then in which section are you scoring the least. Start with that section. Eventually you will have to go through all the sections. But if you have shortage of time then you can skip the theory parts where you are strong and just practice questions from that section to see where you stand.
