Pre-MBA industry: Consulting
Post-MBA industry: Investment Banking
Worked for 3 years in internal restructuring consulting. Short term: IB, long term: private equity. Not doing too well on the Gmat so I opted for the EA for NYU and Stern and thinking about retaking it for LBS.

Not biggest fan of going to LBS unless you are planning to stay and work in London. I had a cousin go there and granted that it was during a bad time (during COVID) and that impacted his experience, and he changed his plans but going to school in London did impact his recruiting in the US and made it tougher from the network perspective. So, not a fault of LBS's but something to be aware of if you are going to recruit remotely.
1) 154 is about 78th percentile. These are top 10 schools so you want to be in the top 10%.
2) There are not that many people applying with EA scores so the score likely does not matter a whole lot as they won't be able to compare you to another applicant. This will mean the rest of your application will have to pull and be better than other folks and your EA will be ignored as long as your undergrad GPA is solid (which it is) and your work performance is solid as well.
They definitely have a good reason to ding you if they want but if they like your profile, the score won't be a barrier to admissions.
