Pre-MBA industry: Real Estate
Post-MBA industry: Consulting
I'm an architect who has been working in my (mid-sized) family business in real estate development, consulting and contracting for 4 years. My family business consults for 2 big real estate companies, one of which I signed myself. Lot of experience leading people much older than myself; my work is high on impact and I think my empathy-based leadership (work in progress, of course) will hopefully give me some decent essay materials.
Short-term goal: Consulting (to gain external exposure by working in multiple industries/companies and develop problem solving skills for growing my family business someday)
Long-term goal: Expand my family business
For personal reasons, I'm looking at US b-schools only. I will need a summer internship for recruitment so I'm only looking at 2 year programs.

Considering my wealth of experience in senior and middle management positions across the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Telecommunications sectors, I believe that I can build a thriving career as a management consultant. I’ve driven projects worth 133,720,256 USD that have transformed the rail and road infrastructure in India. As a management consultant, I wish to tackle global projects that involve infrastructure transformation, urban development, logistics, and transportation solutions. I believe an MBA from IVY league college will provide me with the necessary impetus for me to secure this role. Eventually, gaining global exposure through varied consulting projects, I plan to start my firm that collaborates with government/ public sector offerings to improve public infrastructure sustainably.
While my domain expertise is strong due to my hands-on experience across projects, a structured management education is necessary for me to compartmentalize my knowledge and apply it to various use cases my clients present to me. IVY league college’s cutting-edge curriculum which includes subjects such as “Strategic Leadership” and “Strategic Brand Management”, faculty, and exposure will ensure I have the right skill set to secure my desired roles and succeed in my subsequent career.

Worked for 3 years in internal restructuring consulting. Short term: IB, long term: private equity. Not doing too well on the Gmat so I opted for the EA for NYU and Stern and thinking about retaking it for LBS.

Some relevant bits would be the business impact of your work. As I understand, you are involved in the business decisions and deal sourcing, other than just working as an architect. That's a great point, and this 'business skill' will be more relevant in your applications as compared to the technical skills as an architect. Even for the project management bit, you can make your work experience relevant- you talked about empathetic leadership, and this would reflect in how you deal with your contractors, workers and other stakeholder to get work done as part of your day to day implementation work.
With the b-schools you have mentioned here, a 329 GRE will be a tad less, so i would suggest to bring that score up to a 331-332+
Also, look at MBA programs that have concentrations or certifications on RE/ RE finance - Columbia, UCLA, Stern, Ross and Kellogg come immediately to mind. If you wish to be in the industry long term, these will definitely help.
I'd like to also understand about your undergrad degree, marks and ECA to give a holistic picture about your profile. Feel free to reach out for a more derailed profile evaluation.
