We want all visitors to our website to have the confidence that we are offering them the best rates available anywhere online. With that in mind, we promise to beat any cheaper price you find online by 10% if you have booked via our website.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO FOREIGN CURRENCY PAYMENTS WHERE THE EXCHANGE RATE FLUCTUATIONS MAY CAUSE SLIGHT PRICE DIFFERENCES.

For a claim to qualify for this guarantee, it must first satisfy our terms and conditions and be submitted in line with the following:

  • If you find and advise us on the day of making a reservation on our website of a lower, published, available online rate for the same number of people, room and bed type, we will beat that rate by 10%
  • This guarantee applies to lower rates with booking rules that are the same as our own booking rules
  • In the event of a stay lasting several nights, the guarantee will compare the total room cost of the entire stay between the two sites as booked on the hotel’s branded website with the total room cost of the entire stay found elsewhere with similar booking conditions
  • The guarantee does not apply to the following rate types:
  • Rates that are not publicly available, such as negotiated corporate or group rates
  • Discount rates are offered only to members of groups or individuals who meet previously specified criteria
  • Package rates that include the room and other components such as travel, car hire, entertainment, and/or non-breakfast meals
  • Package or group add-on rates that extend the length of stay
  • Rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 days
  • Rates available on auction websites
  • Rates available on websites that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is complete
  • Pre-paid rates that involve a voucher (including electronic vouchers) for a hotel stay
  • We will compare the rates net of any taxes, gratuities or any other fees associated with the room rate.
  • We will compare the rates in Great British Pounds as different websites may use slightly different conversion rates to other currencies.

In the unlikely event you should need to claim against this guarantee, you need to forward your booking confirmation email along with the booking reference and website address where you found the lower rate (including, if possible, a screenshot of the room and rate).

A claim should be made within 24 hours of your booking with us; we will investigate it and reply within one working day. Should the claim be valid we will amend your room rate which you will pay on departure inclusive of the further 10% discount.
