Bank Card Fraud with Square Banking

Accountinglober

Another reason every business needs to separate their bank accounts. Your collections account should be separate than your operating account, payroll account tax account, and profit account.

Charges come out of operating and should only cover enough cash to pay expenses.

Best Accounting Software for Self Employed Person with Employees?

Accountinglober
commented

Try the desktop version of QB, I’ve used both and it seems like more people have a better experience.

As your business grows look into hiring an accounting or bookkeeping firm.

Or there are a bunch software that you can look into, Freshbooks is a good one to start.

In the end eventually take this off your hands worrying about accounting is not an efficient use of time.

Question on my new offer. Free bookkeeping clean up for US based businesses with a purchase.

Yes, your assumption is correct. I really just started making offers to targets. I started out from referrals but when through my list of family and friends quick. I got one client from this but want more.

I was thinking of something that could build trust so they would sign up for monthly services.

US Based business accounting

Ok that makes sense! I have an bookkeeping firm well I just started full time but I have years of experience working in corporate consulting and as an accounting manager.

I am trying figure out the best way to find my first group of clients without being invasive. I don’t have cash to waste on ads. I’m also don’t have many independent clients to refer me to others.

At this point from your feedback I will just have to call local businesses introduce myself. Then follow up with a call to have an introductory meeting. From there try to sell my services. Old school I guess!

Oh wow! I’m surprised to hear that was your experience! I’ve been trying to find new clients. If you would’ve gotten a call from a bookkeeper/accountant, would that have made an impact on your decision-making? Also, how much was your budget?

My company is offering free catchup accounting services for USA based businesses.

I have spent the last 8 years working with businesses in their accounting departments and the last 3 year working with business owners helping them put together their financial systems.

I treat my clients as business partners because their success is a key factor in my business continuing.

In the end I develop an accounting department for them with processes, how to hire, and how to use their financial statements.

If I do my job right they will outgrow my accounting services and only need me to consult with a few time during the year.

Let me know if you are interested.

Wine company

Accountinglober

Simple thing to do is either hire someone or ask the official maker to handle the white labeling process and ship it for you.

Either way your going to have to cut into profits.

Outside of that I would say buy in bulk and spend less time traveling to and from the liquors store

How to share your product on Reddit if every sub has "no self-promo" rule?

Accountinglober
commented

I think asking questions to each audience you want to tap into is a great way to gain traction.

Say your problem, like needing help with your pitch, here you need to say all the features of your product to get help.

Then for you title get creative, tap into the negative stereotypes of business. Like “why do founders always change my product” it drive interest.

QuickBooks Online (Fastest way to learn)

Accountinglober
commented

Hire a bookkeeper save you time money and headaches. If you can’t afford a bookkeeper you don’t need quickbooks.

Go old school and use excel in this layout

Month Revenue -Cost of sales = Gross Profit -Operating Expenses =Net income

Example September Rev 100,000 Labor -40,000 Gross profit 60,000

Legal expense -2,000 Rent - 5,000 Operation expense =7,000

Net income = 53,000

Find an enrolled agent to file, cheaper than a CPA.

Once you start making $$$$ big money hire a bookkeeper trust me!
