the students recognize that they
are going stress. Ask all the
students to form a line in the
middle of the room. Ask them to
step forward if.

 lack of concentration at times
 excessively sweating
 slept for at least 8 hours
 you do nail biting
 you had significant weight loss
 thoughts of suicide
 nightmares
 loss of appetite
 Laughed a lot
 In every stress that everyone is going through,
there is that element of time and that
mismanagement of time could lead to stress.
Ask students to fill each hour
of the with their activities,
such as sleep, go to school
travel back home etc. allow
them to color it to highlight
their activity.

RELAXATION WITH MUSIC
Allow students to sit in their
most comfortable sitting
position, close their eyes and
listen to a relaxing music

 Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying,
pray. Let petitions and praises shape your
worries into prayers, letting God know your
concerns. Before you know it, a sense of
God’s wholeness, everything coming
together for good, will come and settle you
down. It’s wonderful what happens when
Christ displaces worry at the center of your
life.
Prayer Writing, instead of
praying, let the students write
their prayers. Maintain a quiet
classroom to allow the student
pay full attention to writing
their prayers.

Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.
