This document summarizes a pre-thesis presentation on a comparative clinical study of nasya karma (nasal administration of medications) with and without Greeva basti (neck poultice) in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. The study aims to evaluate the effects of nasya karma alone versus nasya karma with Greeva basti using Mahanarayan taila. It involves 30 patients randomized into two groups and assesses outcomes based on neck pain, stiffness, and mobility. The results show that both treatments provided significant relief, but nasya karma with Greeva basti was more effective and its effects were better sustained.
