Bram Peper

Abraham "Bram" Peper (13 February 1940 – 20 August 2022) was a Dutch sociologist and politician. He was a member of the Labour Party (PvdA). Peper was the Mayor of Rotterdam from 1982 to 1998. He later was the Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations from 1998 to 2000 under to Wim Kok government. Peper was born in Haarlem, Netherlands.

Peper died on 20 August 2022 from a short-illness in Rotterdam at the age of 82.[1]
