Hello,

After a lot of discussions on Arabic Wikipedia since 2016. Last discussion opened on 19 May 2020 lasted for three weeks with 30 supports and 2 opposes

So, Arabic Wikipedia community asking to disable machine translation in Content Translation Tool for non-autoreview users.

This is not what the task asks for, it's to restrict machine translation not restrict Content Translation Tool itself.
