Select the page to translate when opening from a link

Description

When users try to start a new translation from a link, Content Translation opens the new translation dialog for them to confirm (and agree to the legal terms).

Currently when clicking the link above, you'll reach the Translation dashboard with the new translation dialog opened, and searching for the given page. At that point the user needs to manually select the page.

We can automate the previous manual step, and for the cases where the exact page exist, lead the user directly to the next step of the dialog where the page is already selected:

This makes the process of starting a translation one click away and simplifies the information the user needs to process.
For cases where there is not an exact match, we can keep the search open as currently happens.
