The video is nearly 100 minutes long, so it's not short at all -- it's only a small-ish file because it's mostly still images that compress well. Each source frame still needs to be submitted for compression... The conversion is *also* hitting the "1000 fps bug" (T135671) which causes additional duplicate frame processing. Result is that it's probably taking a lloott lloonnggeerr to process than it should.

I've made a workaround patch for T135671 which should hugely improve this once it lands, should manage to get it out next week some time.

It seems these transcodes were retriggered on the 24th and they appear to have run successfully.
