If you want to change the name to "Noctua" I don't think it's possible because the user was last seen on pl.wikipedia 6 years ago, and that's after 5 years of not being seen at all, which shows that the account may still be in use. @Neriah In my opinion, this usurpation (User:Noctua) is not possible because, per standard procedure, accounts with valid edits are not usurped.
