The "Uncle Scrooge" accounts on the french and german wikipedias are not used, I would merge them with my global account (mainly used withe the eng. wikipedia) if possible.

I have the fear, that the local account will be renamed in the context of the global unification, because a global account exists, and the local one are unattached. I want to be renamed to KWiki with the following account:

The request is only for the Bosnian Wikisource (I don't know what is the abbreviation for it; sorry). The reason is unification. I asked Demicx on the local level to rename me, but he said that user "KWiki" already exists although I never used my new name on BS Wikisource (as I can remember), so can you help me to solve this issue, please? You appear to have created two accounts as the user pages you have linked to on en.wikipedia look identical, so I'm not sure what you are requesting. In addition, we cannot rename accounts on the French Wikipedia, Commons or Wikidata as all these projects have bureaucrats. I have created an account on en.wikipedia (username Kâlî) few years ago. I was thinking that renaming this account to username Shakti was possible but I couldn't do it so I linked Kâlî to Shakti. But when I want to log on en:wikipedia with Shakti, it doesn't work. It works only with Kâlî.
I also have an account (the main one) on fr.wikipedia (username Shakti) for ten years now. I would like to have a global account with username Shakti. So is it possible to rename my en:wikipedia account Kâlî to Shakti and delete Kâlî account? I don't want to rename my french account.
