@Vituzzu, user Kiro Bassem has never received a block on arzWiki, on the other hand, he is a very active user, especially in fighting vandalism, so we voted for him, we believe that the admin access will help him and help develop and maintain the project, thank you. Hello @Vituzzu:, I sometimes forget that I'm not logged in and make an edit on Wikipedia with an IP such as this one for example 197.46.54.55 but the problem is that my IP address changes every half an hour and I don't know why, lots of times I just go to Wikipedia to find my IP address blocked without me editing or doing anything and I don't know who made these edits but I don't care since I only have to log in and It's over and when I log out my IP address will change again, thank you. (outdent) I was involved reviewing this user's unblock request on en.wiki, where I discovered logged-out editing (and therefore, block evasion). I hold no strong opinions on what this means for this particular request. On the optimistic side, maybe this user is unable to understand English sufficiently to navigate en.wiki's notoriously labyrinthine policies and didn't understand acceptable behaviour on en.wiki. On the pessimistic side, maybe this user was deliberately (and definitely repeatedly) evading their block on en.wiki, even after being told to knock it off. What I will say is that I would personally consider unblocking this user on en.wiki after six months if (but only if) they have avoided any edits in the meanwhile. @Kiro Bassem: Let's go straight to facts. I found you were blocked at least once while logged-out on ar.wiki. I won't go into details, but this should be, at least, clarified. Hello Kiro Bassem Ooh I can see, since you have more than 10k edits on the wiki you want to be an admin at and you have reviewer rights there and the arz wiki sysop is supporting you it seems the arz community trust you I think they should give you temporary admin rights but that is for the Stewards to decide, best regards. Hello @HitomiAkane. I am no longer involved in handling this request, and defer to @Vituzzu per his comment at 10:50, 22 September 2022 above. Vittuzzu stated that he has evidence that Kiro Bassem was blocked while doing logged out edits on arz.wikipedia (and one would assume unconstructive edits, otherwise why he'd need to be blocked?). Hello @MarcoAurelio: I DIDN'T do unconstructive edits while being logged out sure I made some edits with IPs but as I said before that the problem is that my IP address changes every half an hour and I don't know why, lots of times I just go to Wikipedia to find my IP address blocked without me editing or doing anything and I don't know who made these edits but I don't care since I only have to log in and It's over and when I log out my IP address will change again. Hello HitomiAkane, all technical evidence confirms that Kiro Bassem preformed unconstructive edits on arzwiki while logged out. Also, the user's history does not intercede for him. Plus, he said about enwiki that "I stopped this nonsense since the past April". Therefore, I suggests that this request be rejected, and the user can submit a new request after one year (i.e. in April 2023). Finally, about "my IP address will change again" please contact your Internet service provider (ISP) to solve this problem, it is not the problem of the community or stewards. @MagicalNight97: Unfortunately, projects with little active community are fairly frequent. On those projects, stewards assign admin rights on temporary basis (until the project has a sufficiently large editing community). ´Length of the temporary adminship varies from 3 months to a year (MVR explains how the length of adminship is determined). Punjabi Shahmukhi (pnb) Wiktionary currently has no administrators. It also has no active editors at the moment. I did create a discussion (and the first "village pump" page to do so) but it seems unlikely anyone will arrive to comment on it. I am active in adding Punjabi data to the Wikidata Lexicographical Data project, and would be able to configure entries to provide more detailed information using the growing number of Punjabi word entries there, as well as provide glosses for other languages. @Ruslik0 OK I see now on the groups list - I have administrator rights but I do not have interface administrator rights, could this be added? Punjabi has optimal line heights and formatting and so on for rendering text so it would be helpful to be able to modify common.css for example. Following their activity and being so helpful on Tumbuka Wikipedia,we thought was good to make them admin as well (i am the other local admin).We are only 3 people working there.This user have helped alot in that wikipedia, that is, they helped creating templates,fixing home interface and above all,created many helpful articles that could be useful to scholars of the language doing research.

The Committee’s verdict in the recently heard case against the said user includes an enforcement in the form of removing sysop rights for PG due to his misuse of administrator tools and violation of project’s rules.
