 On hold pending steward discussion. I reviewed this request, and I noticed that @Hulged currently have ~500 edits at the wiki where they request adminship, ks.wikipedia. That wouldn't normally be a big issue, but Hulged's enwiki CU block is a big red flag to me, especially considering it apparently included creating a vandalism account in March 2021. As Hulged's enwiki history (significantly longer than their kswiki history) was not discussed in the adminship request, I hesitate to grant advanced rights under those circumstances. Comment Comment Martin Urbanec Sir, I do agree with the issue you have raised. I am aware about the Hulged's enwiki CU block but there has been a change of editing pattern. The user is helpful at Ks Wiki and can be a good contributor. They have made some mistakes in the past but they are now helpful. In part. permalink to the nomination I made in august 21. It’s probably an issue with the ancient template used for nominations, so I'd better look into it. I have opened the discussion early to enable active contributors to support my application for permanent adminship. 2FA is now okay. However, while reviewing it, I first stumbled upon [1], which has serious objections to int. admin status previously stated by @1997kB. Hi, yeah I opposed their previous nomination for variety of reasons; I requested them to show relevant experience in managing Gadget space but all I got were links to random pages in MediaWiki namespaces, and one was just Global Twinkle updating itself in their js subpage, which suggested they have no clue about interface admin bit. This notion of competency also got confirmed when I looked at their block log and they blocked an IP indefinitely. In their response all I got is it's because indef IP blocks are being done on meta (I don't know where) so they done it there too. And apart from the incompetency, incivility is what you see in their response. Since I'm already too much involved I didn't find it constructive to ask them again about which tool they going to update or add, and that is still not clear in their nomination. And I also see some sort of canvassing going on here. Out of nowhere two people after your response voted who aren't active on wiki and their response below is just "If you think I'm wrong don't give me the right" without any sort of explanation of their behavior on last nomination. ‐‐1997kB (talk) 03:14, 27 October 2021 (UTC)

Rax has been elected check user in dewiki in 2017. In dewiki check users have to start a reelection every two years (see local policy). Also there is only one election per year, in september. Rax did a reelection in 2019 (see de:Wikipedia:Checkuser/Wahl/September_2019/Rax), but they did not start a reelection this year (see his name missing on de:Wikipedia:Checkuser/Wahl/September_2021), thus please remove them from the checkuser group. @AmandaNP: There is none. However, a much longer discussion was taken upon removal of editor rights and the desicion was to remove. I believe 1) that the arguments given there are also relevant for sysop removal discussion, and 2) it's natural that the removal of the editor rights should also imply removal of the sysop rights (because, actually, sysops are granting editor rights). @AmandaNP: for your information AAR and also chapitre 3 of local policy. But local policy says that if an admin didn't contribute more than 1 year, they can be automatically removed. But for this, it requests a notification on the village pump and on the user's talk page. But I couldn't see such a notification except DidiWeidman on village pump, user's talk page. @Filipović Zoran User "Zoranzoki21" simply got renamed to "Kizule" on 18 September 2020 (see [3]). That's perfectly normal, dozens of accounts get renamed each and every day, following the global rename policy. Since it's in fact the same account (just with a changed name), rights stay assigned. In that case "Transwiki importer" would be more appropriate than "importer". Note the current ckbwiki administrators may also already do this. One of the stewards should come by to action this shortly, as TWI is safer than IMP - I suspect so long as you have support from a project local admin (such as User:Aram) this shouldn't be much of an issue even though your local discussion didn't have lagre participation. It is probably pending a steward that can read or is comfortable translating Central Kurdish. I've come to the conclusion that User:Sakura emad intends to import image files along with templates, modules, and such pages from other wikis (such as enwiki) to ckbwiki, rather than XML files.
