As you have already been told, but seem not to understand, we will not grant permanent adminship when there is not an active local community. There still is no active community on map-bms.wiki; MediaWiki Message Delivery is, with 11 edits in 30 days, the second most active user. We are not tricked by votes appearing out of the blue, of users not involved in the project. This, however, is blatantly wrong. Not only is canvassing unacceptable to pretend the Wiki is more active than it is, usurping someone else's signature is purposely misleading. If they are unable or unwilling to vote on the vote page itself, you (specially you, as subject of the RfA) can not vote in their place. And by my count on wikt:la:Specialis:ActiveUsers 29 people made at least one edit on Latin Wiktionary in the last thirty days. So please just be patient and let the seven days run their course. Based on the size of the diq.wikipedia community (only 2 sysops, of which you aren't one, and only a handful of local active users), I believe it doesn't need a local bureaucrat. Yes but it's your own opinion that it doesn't need a local bureaucrat. You're right about that there is only a handful local active users. Because of that Zazaki isn't spoken by millions of people. I have been contributing to Zazaki Wikipedia for a long time. And also everyone an user comes Zazaki Wikipedia (usually from Kurdish Wikipedia) and blaming us (especially me). And also there is a lot of misspelled (mistyped) articles on Zazaki Wikpedia. They must be corrected. You are able to see my contributions on Zazaki Wikipedia. There isn't any other user contributor on Zazaki but me. So think that I deserve become a bureaucrat and so I asked it on community portal. We will se the consequence. Thanks. @Nahid: It is a little bit difficult. The re-ellection of Millbart and the election of Emergency doc and Horst Gräbner are different things. The removal of Millbarts rights is correct, the rights for Horst Gräbner are correct too. But we need a knew election about who will follow Millbart. Timing on dewiki was very bad. He did not accept that his election was successful (which it in fact was per local and global policies) and thus resigned from the tools. As per his own will, the tools should be removed of course. PS: Our local rule says that you can remove my sysop status if I did not use my sysop rights for longer time than 6 months. As you can see for example here, this was not the case. As a local 'crat, I can confirm what Chmee2 says. Translation of local policy:
A sysop which isn't active at the project on a long-term basis, can't know the policies and habits well. Lack of information is barrier of qualit and responsible decision-making which is expected from a sysop. If a sysop won't do an action which require sysop rights, anybody can request rights-removal. Note: This policy applies to 'crats too.
It's on stewards if rollback can be accepted as sysop action (nobody except rollbackers and sysops can rollback). But I don't think that this is inactive in long-term basis, Chmee2 deleted one page on 2. 12. 2015, so the limit became over seven days ago. I think that @Ruslik should revert his removal. --Martin Urbanec (talk) 20:15, 10 June 2016 (UTC)
A rollback is usually not considered a sysop action. So, I think I applied the policy correctly. On the other hand you as a local bureaucrat can reinstate the sysop access if you think it is warranted. Ruslik (talk) 08:53, 11 June 2016 (UTC)

So it means that you removed my sysop flag based on something which is subjective and matter of each community standart. Even in our local wiki, people are not united in their opinion if a rollback is or isn't a sysop action. However, I believed that it should be upon a discussion in our local community to decide this and not on you, as steward, to obtrude your opinion about this subject by using your stewards rights.
