Not done, I am sorry, but if the local crat decides not to grant the sysopship, we won't do it. If Your community is not happy with the crat You can think about a vote to remove him. Normally a crat has to carry out what the communities decision is, even if the community is small. A crat is not the boss, even if he says so on his userpage. I'm not sure how to put the proper local request link up (I'm not saying I'd make a very skilled sysop at this point :D) so I've just put the url. I'm asking for access, temporary is fine, in order to flesh out the main page as I write articles. While I appreciate your efforts, it doesn't seem necessary to me that you get the sysop status there. Besides, the Main page is locked only for unregistered and new users, so that shouldn't be a problem. We are now discussing the Flagged Revisions feature in Russian Wikipedia, and the interest is very high. But the Russian translation of the messages is not perfect, so we need to tweak it to find the best wording and look.

I'm bureaucrat and checkuser in Russian Wikipedia, I'm participant of OTRS and also I enjoyed scholarship for Wikimania 2007, so Wikimedia has quite enough proofs of my identity.

It is technically the same and if the community grows You can held a voting or if the period expires You can come back here. Still I normally prefer to see a local request also for the temp-syosp requests because it is simply to make sure the other users even if it is only one does not feel left out of this. We only alow 5 bureaucrats on wiki.pt. See this link (there was an increase from 3 to 5 bureacrats some time ago). That's why we've started an election (just finished). I believe you’ve misunderstood the situation: Ralf decided to voluntarily run for re-election and failed by one vote. His being sysop is the result of an earlier poll, thus the promotion was not erroneous. Neither is implementing the newer result—there is nothing to overrule about it. Of course. There are many pages that Do Not belong on an encyclopedia that shall be deleted, that are actually essays to bellong on Wikisource; there are vandals that need banned sometimes, etc.. Literally hundreds such pages exist, just click "random page" button and you will see it. Also we have many broken redirects pages, that need an admin to move on top. Yes, of course. I was been candidated from an active user who said that the present Administrator wasn't so active on Sardinian Wikipedia. So I accepted my candidature. Today the votation has been closed. Results: Votes: 1 pro. 0 against. (eh! Sardinian Wikipadia is not so active...). I'd like to adjust the home page and do soon what we have to do. I think that one reason why Sardinian Wikipedians went out was that they asked something (deletion, templates, ecc.) and nobody did nothing (or did it late). At last, I'd like to implement the system of Emilian-Romagnol Wikipedia (http://eml.wikipedia.org/wiki/PP), with flags, 'cause we have dialectal variants, too (our variants are more different than Emilian-Romagnol differences).
