Based on the data that Vodomar published, which I have seen before they were hidden, I made my own analysis of the results. IMHO, it proves beyond reasonable doubt that these are indeed sockpuppets. Just to be clear, it cannot be confirmed that these users are indeed socks. What I can say, however, is that there is concrete technical evidence supporting the suspicion of either sockpuppetry or meatpuppetry. This is because of a series of coincidences that are very hard to believe. If you were to ask me what are the odds that these users are linked to Kubura strictly from a technical point of view, I would answer as it follows:

It should be noted that the distinction between possible and probable is based on more than just the underlying IP addresses, and is meant to reflect, to some extent, a lack of meaningful data. Thanks Sakretsu. Let me just note two more things. There was also a check reportedly done in mid-May, so cross-checking the results might be of benefit, if it wasn't done already. Second, the accounts in question took part in the 2020 steward election as well as in the Croatian Wikipedia RfC, so this may qualify now as cross-wiki sockpuppeting, with potentially more severe repercussions. Reason(s): User:Goelia is a prolific puppetmaster, blocked in several wikis, then globally locked, but he keeps returning to SQwiki even when he is blocked elsewhere due to the favorable circumstances he finds there.Many of his sockpuppets have been blocked on SQwiki but one of his more recent ones user:Saklanan gerçekler has survived pretty long, can review edits, and we believe he has created several other sockpuppets which he keeps supporting. He keeps making problematic redirects, over and over again, with different accounts, see this, and when his edits/moves are undone and reverted, after a while he will come back and make the same move/redirect with a new sockpuppet see here, afterwards he reviews his changes with his account user:Saklanan gerçekler. His newest sockuppet seems to be user:Lojl, he shows the same behavior as his other accounts. See here and you'll get what I mean.

Without commenting on the merits of this request, I note that the requestor is currently blocked indefinitely on sq.wikipedia. That makes me unease to continue with the analysis as I don't think we should honor CheckUser requests for wikis in which their requestors are not in good standing. When we did not yet have clear policies to remove an administrator, Patlabor Ingram claimed that negotiation has failed, thus starting a vote against Zhxy 519 on 2020-10-15. Our policy would be voting for or against a candidate for 14 days. On 2020-10-29, I questioned if the consensus has been built to remove with 6 supports, 5 oppositions, and 3 being neutral [2], and on the same day Midleading as my fellow sysop advised temporarily keeping Zhxy 519's adminship [3]. Yet Patlabor Ingram and Longway22 would keep pushing their propaganda and think that only removing Zhxy 519 will be acceptable, especially after 2020-10-29 in an "unapproved extension", thus assuming bad faith. Hi. I made the request for several reasons. Firstly, above accounts with contributions did the same editing as well as an IP address which has been confirmed as OP and blocked by an admin. Secondly, the reason why I didn't send the accounts to AIV first is that they made pranks in user pages and I think it's not enough to make them blocked. @Easterlies I understand, the reason why we block open proxies for 1 - 2 years is due to No open proxies. You are suggesting IPs can create more undetected accounts, but without concrete proof, this is fishing in the eyes of CU. Reason(s): Kengoodgoodair7639 showed a similar edit pattern to 14.199.133.61+119.247.47.83+九湾之光470 (LTA Yage Wu). He also requested a removal of creation protection on 林奠月娥 (which was first created by Yage Wu's sock). SO there may be connections between them.

1147vds also requested a deletion review on 林奠月娥 with the same reason as Kengoodgoodair7639's. Previous CU showed that 1147vds is a sock of LTA CCP GODIE. 1147vds also created 狗聾 (which was first created by Yage Wu's sock). It is noted that CCP GODIE and Yage Wu seem to be different people as CCP GODIE uses Simplified Chinese and Yage Wu uses Traditional Chinese.

Reason(s): User:Udha (master) is a prolific sock creator and edit-warrior in boththe Albanian (SQwiki) and the German Wikipedia (DEwiki), who is inofficially backed and encouraged by one administrator there. He refuses to block his new sockpuppets even when there is evident proof that they're sockpuppets. Ever since he was blocked in July he used his own IP adresses user:185.106.120.141 to vandalize (1) and editwar in the article of Ismail Kadare and has been creating one sockpuppet after another. These include: User:Tllja rikes, User:Glaukias etc. As soon as his latest Ips continue to war, we suspect that he created a new sockpuppet. Thise Ips seem experienced and in just a few days he has edited a lot of articles Udha and his socks edited as well. He insults and attacks people all the time. I have behavioral evidence as well, this means that the case is confirmed. As one of the people attacked by him, I confirm Tllja rikes is just another sockpuppet of Udha, created just 1 day after his latest socks were discovered and blocked. @Sotiale: Another user already mentioned his vandalism here and here, but although some of his accounts are blocked indefinitely, at least two admins seem to back or encourage him (one of the admins didn't react at all). He is known for his nationalist, Islamophobic bias, obsession towards Ismail Kadare and adding of POV content (like changing the description from "leader of a uprising" to "analphabetic villager" in the article of Haxhi Qamili). Currently he keeps editing in this way with two IP adresses and has some "reserve" accounts (see above). With them, he frequently asks unaware user for approving his edits to make it more "blue" (here and here).
