Many of my previous uploads are OCRd by other users too and it's nothing new it's usual procedure here. Also I have been working on the Marathi Bible since a quite long time now and can be easily seen in my Wikisource edits. Since the book is in dual column so I had ask for guidance but I didn't knew that it will lead such a bad blame on me. The harassment is not anything new as I have faced same on Marathi Wikipedia and even in Marathi Wikisource because of which I had resigned last time.--Tiven2240 (talk) 13:42, 16 May 2020 (UTC)

Pratap Pandit@en.wikiquote

I have added User:Sunfee and User:27.122.14.73 (both accounts on wikidata, but global check needed) to the list. I wasn't aware first when I made the report, but it seems Sunfee was instructing Pratap to act as his meatpuppet to add to his intimidation, harassment and personal attacks. Sunfee is a SPA that was created only for this purpose of instructing Pratap to act as his meatpuppet. It is very clear that Sunfee is a sockpuppet of somebody, Sunfee seems very experienced with wikipedia and it is not possible that this user has no other account. Please check. --დამოკიდებულება (talk) 07:10, 23 May 2020 (UTC)
  • This false report has been filed in retaliation to my SPI report. Since the report is about Wikiquote so I will talk about wikiquote. This user has failed to provide which 2 existing accounts on Wikiquote that have been used as a sock for some kind of misuse. Moreover, he seems to have simply copied words from my report without even understanding what it means or giving any evidence for claiming sockpuppetry. All the diffs he gave are from his own reports or accusations by his supporters, who I have reported on Noticeboard for harassment. --Pratap Pandit (talk) 14:11, 23 May 2020 (UTC)

Diffs and accounts are in the report, and evidence of block evasion (at wikiquote and it seems also wikipedia with IP socks) and sockpuppetry (at Hindi wikipedia and english wikipedia and wikiquote with IP socks). The report is also about wikiquote, Hindi wikipedia and other projects need to be checked too. The accounts include also the already confirmed socks from the SPI at wikipedia. If the admins have questions or need more information, I will respond to them. At wikiquote, it was already noted that you are impersonating admins, while others at wikiquote have commented that your account may need a "global lock", that all signs point to WP:NOTHERE that you are engaging in continuous harassment and edit warring and that action should be taken by admins Plus you have acted as a meatpuppet of User:Sunfee. --დამოკიდებულება (talk) 08:49, 24 May 2020 (UTC)
You seem to not understand what "evidence" means. These accounts have not made any edits on Wikiquote. You have picked up random IPs on a day and listed them here. You are basically harassing me on every Wiki project. --Pratap Pandit (talk) 08:55, 24 May 2020 (UTC)
I will respond to admins if they have questions and need further information. --დამოკიდებულება (talk) 08:58, 24 May 2020 (UTC)

Not done What I am interested in is 1) whether I can handle this checkuser request, 2) whether there is a basis for processing this checkuser request, and 3) whether it needs to process the checkuser request. First of all, most accounts are considered multiple accounts on enwiki, and some accounts do not have an account on enwikiquote. It is pointless to re-determine an already judged account, and above all, it is impossible to investigate accounts that are not in enwikiquote. If you suspect that multiple accounts have been abused on hiwiki or another wikis, please request again for the wikis. At least your request is not something can be done with enwikiquote. --Sotiale (talk) 10:03, 24 May 2020 (UTC)

If a disruptive user who was noted by many people at other projects that he is continuously engaging in intimidation, harassment personal attacks and edit warring and is a confirmed sockmaster of a sockfarm asks for a SPI with ridiculous claims (it can be checked in less than a minute that the accounts have not even edited at the same time), the SPI still gets done in less than 3 hours. But if one asks for a SPI on a confirmed sockmaster of a sockfarm who has a history of harassment it takes hours and hours for a reply. But I understand that there are many requests, and thank you for having taken a look. --დამოკიდებულება (talk) 10:35, 24 May 2020 (UTC)

I also asked about this account on wikiquote that is suspected of block evasion (Pratap was blocked on wikiquote during this time, he almost only edits articles that were previously edited by me or Rupert). Is this not a basis for checking? Was this maybe missed? He was recently blocked on wikiquote during which time he used socks to edit wikiquote. At a time when he was blocked at wikiquote, he edited on wikiquote with socks. A number of similar edits were made on similar topics by similar IPs on wikiquote, for example here: [85][86][87][88][89][90] The edits were of the exact same type and topics (articles) as the editing of some of his other socks. There are many other examples where Pratap edited articles that were edited by me (or Rupert) previously [91]. There was similar block evasion on other wikimedia projects on articles and topics Pratap edited before with similar account names/numbers. I am sure that this is a sock used for block evasion. --დამოკიდებულება (talk) 13:36, 24 May 2020 (UTC)

Maybe the size of the request was too large and some things were missed: I also wanted to check if there is a sockmaster of User:Sunfee that can be found at wikiquote ( on the basis that Sunfee is a new account with edits uncharacteristic of a new user). Wikidata has now checked Sunfee and not found the sockmaster at wikidata. Since Sunfee was giving meatpuppet instructions for wikiquote, I think the sockmaster could very likely be found at wikiquote. Is it possible to check if the sockmaster account can be found at wikiquote? Thanks. --დამოკიდებულება (talk) 09:41, 25 May 2020 (UTC)

GZWDer, I was asking here because it needs a global check (the sockmaster account could be in Hindi wikipedia or in any other wikipedia). This is SPA account with about 5 edits who seems very experienced with wikipedia, so there has to be a sockmaster. And that sockmaster is likely not to be found locally at wikidata, but only in a global check which includes all wikipedia projects. Also, I made the request but Jasper Deng said I should be filing a request at m:SRCU, which is here. Thank you for commenting. --დამოკიდებულება (talk) 07:47, 25 May 2020 (UTC)

Thank you. What I am asking is to check Sunfee at wikiquote, just as Sunfee was checked at wikidata. ( on the basis that they are a new account with edits uncharacteristic of a new user). This is clearly a harassing SPA with 5 edits who is using a sock to give meatpuppet instructions. I have now opened a request for Sunfee at wikiquote. --დამოკიდებულება (talk) 12:32, 25 May 2020 (UTC)

Note Note: If you have changed the wiki you want to investigate with hiwiki, please provide evidence based on sockpuppets abuse on hiwiki, not on the work of other wikis. I already know that he used sockpuppets on enwiki. But that's on the wiki, and whether he actually exploited the account on another wiki also needs a separate rationale. Please remove any accounts for which hiwiki's account is not registered. And reorganize it based on the abuse on hiwiki. --Sotiale (talk) 03:32, 27 May 2020 (UTC)

Well, I don't speak Hindi so I couldn't see all. But I have now taken a closer look. It appears that the second account on hiwiki was created two weeks after the first account stopped editing. There was no editing overlap at the same time. So I don't think anymore that this was abusive sockpuppetry (as was the case on enwiki). --დამოკიდებულება (talk) 04:59, 27 May 2020 (UTC)

Sunfee@wikiquote

  • @დამოკიდებულება: Why you didn't discuss in local first? Thank you.--SCP-2000 14:56, 25 May 2020 (UTC)
    • There is no need for local discussion for SRCU (for most projects), please see the 1st entry here. What is needed is what Sotiale laid out in the 1st request good diffs and reasons why a check should be done. I rather they give this than local discussions which they are having on multiple projects without good outcomes. @SCP-2000:.Camouflaged Mirage (talk) 15:14, 25 May 2020 (UTC)
    • And დამოკიდებულება Who are you checking against? Isn't this just a repeat of the declined request? Camouflaged Mirage (talk) 15:19, 25 May 2020 (UTC)
      • Camouflaged Mirage, there are only 5 diffs, this SPA only made 5 edits [114]. I have laid out the reasons above, what more is needed? I asked for Sunfee to be checked in the request for Pratap, but I'm guessing they missed to check for Sunfee because the request was large and so focused on Pratap, or maybe because the request for Sunfee was added to the case a bit later after the initial request. The check for Sunfee was not "declined" at wikidata, Sunfee was checked at wikidata but there were no leads on any possible master. I'm simply asking for the same check to be done at wikiquote as was done at wikidata. Wikidata only declined to check for the other account, but Sunfee was checked. --დამოკიდებულება (talk) 15:33, 25 May 2020 (UTC)
        • I meant the check (still on this page) you requested about them on wikiquote, it is declined. Sunfee had 0 edits on wikiquote, if 5 edits are unconclusive, I don't see 0 edits we will get any further information. To be honest, this seems like fishing. To be frank, if you think they are harrassing you, lodge a complain to wikidata sysops. I think you had already done so by filing a RFCU there. If they decline to do anything, drop the case and move on. There isn't much we can do here. Hope you understand. Camouflaged Mirage (talk) 15:40, 25 May 2020 (UTC)
          • The request for Pratap was about Pratap, Sunfee is obviously a different user. I think this led to some confusion, I shouldn't have included Sunfee in the Pratap request, so now I made a separate request for Sunfee. Sunfee is obviously a SPA sock used for harassment and meatpuppetry. Since the SPA seems very experienced with wikipedia it is very probable that this is a SPA sock and the master can be found. A check was made at wikidata, but since most accounts don't visit wikidata, no master was found. But it is clear that the SPA knows Wikiquote, so the obvious place to look for the master is at wikiquote. (It doesn't matter that the SPA with 5 edits has not edited at wikiquote, we know from his edits that he has very likely a master and that master can very likely be found at wikiquote). A check is entirely reasonable on these grounds. --დამოკიდებულება (talk) 16:00, 25 May 2020 (UTC)

MoreInfo Additional information needed Who is the comparison you want? If there is no comparison, the request cannot be processed. If you do not specify the comparison, the request will be fishing, so I need your cooperation. --Sotiale (talk) 03:48, 27 May 2020 (UTC)

After some research, I am adding another user to the list. I hope it is not true, since my last short encounter with the user was positive. But my job is to give strong evidence, despite that I don't want it to be true.

It concerns the user Xsaorapa. Taking a look at the Sunfee IP and the archives, the case looks strong.

First, Xsaorapa seems to be a French speaker (see his contributions at frwiki). His edits are mostly on Islam. And in the archives it can be seen that he used a sock before in a very similar way.

The Sunfee IP is 27.122.14.73. I have looked at similar IPs, and seen edits in his favorite article topics (about Islam) and in the same language (French). [115] [116] [117] [118] [119]

Other evidence shows that Sunfee and the Sunfee IP are French speakers, for example, Sunfee wrote in his short text "here are more evidences" [120], this is exactly how a French speaker would write see here, not an English speaker.

At the same time that Sunfee was active, Xsaorapa was having some minor edit disputes with me. At at least two articles, I was restoring content that he deleted from articles. Strangely enough, my restoration of the content he deleted was then used by Sunfee in his case to claim that I added the content, he claimed that the restoration of content he deleted was an addition of content. (This concerns the article Quran on non-Muslims). Here I restored content [121] he deleted on 18 May in this edit [122] and here on 21 May he includes this restoration link to claim it was an addition [123]. That was just 3 days later.

In the archives it can be seen that User Feitoria was a sock of User Xsaorapa in 2018 [124]. Just like Sunfee it was used for only 4-5 edits and in a very similar (almost exactly same) way. So this would not be the first time that the user would be using a sockpuppet SPA with 5 edits for harassment. From the archives it can be seen that Xsaorapa previously used a sock SPA in almost exactly the same way even concerning some of the same accounts.[125] The writing of Sunfee and Xsaorapa (Feitoria) is very similar, for example both make misleading claims and just paste a random list of 10-20 links without much comment or analysis, and most of the links are even the same. [126] [127]

Well, I hope I am wrong, but the evidence is strong enough that it should be checked. --დამოკიდებულება (talk) 05:19, 27 May 2020 (UTC)
