Reason(s): User:Hatake (master) is a prolific sock creator in the Albanian wikipedia (sqwiki). Ever since he was blocked in January he has been creating one sockpuppet after another. After one of his latest socks user:Serasqeri,was discovered and blocked, after a checkuser request here, we suspect that he created a new sockpuppet called user:Iskenderije. This new user seems experienced and in a short time he has edited a lot of articles Hatake edited. Reason(s): Almost all of these accounts are blocked indefinitely in the German wikipedia for massive spamming, creating low-quality-POV-stubs en masse and sock-puppet abuse. All are socks confirmed for belonging to one single preson (or group). He or she does cross-wiki-spanmming including in the English-language wikipedia in articles related to the president of Azerbaijan, Armenians or Gaydar Aliev and is known for being a prolific sock creator and edit-warrior in both the German (DEwiki) and the Englis-language Wikipedia (Enwiki). When being reported, he insults people. All of these socks are confirmed. He keeps creating several new accounts as soon as he gets blocked, and has a lot of socks for reserve and ressources. The administrators in the German wikipedia suspect that he is a government troll which could make the case more complicated.Sonra Mint (talk) 11:50, 4 November 2018 (UTC)

Reason(s): This user, who initially started contributing with his Kurdish developer account, keeps using some sort of proxies or TEN to evade blocks. He was blocked for continuous vandalism and he keeps insiting on his unconstructive editing and threatens to create “millions” of accounts. I’m seriously tired from blocking all his socks. Reason(s): Since some of the accounts were different of ohers, monitoring recent changes and focusing on vandalism, the DieselEngineRO (first since May 2016) has reached +5200 edits until 30 May 2018. I have doubt of that. Both of few began editing articles referring to Moinești (for example: ro:Platforma Petrochimică Borzești) also as well to be for subject. It would be familliar with this case. He's very experienced and in just a couple of days has edited a lot of articles Hatake and his socks edited.See this report. The Zh-wikipedia admins (e.g. Zhxy 519) refused to address a series of the long-term personal personal abuses (>50 times/week) to me (where I submitted the WP:VIP three times without any resolution), but likely to restrict (and support for attacking) the contributors from China Mainland via superiority or administration authority. Reason(s): User:Udha (master) is a prolific sock creator and edit-warrior in both the German (DEwiki) and the Albanian Wikipedia (SQwiki), who is inofficially backed and encouraged by one administrator there. He refuses to block his new sockpuppets even when there is evident proof that they're sockpuppets. Ever since he was blocked in July he used his own IP adresses to vandalize and editwar in the article of Ismail Kadare and has been creating one sockpuppet after another. These include: User:Tllja rikes, User:Glaukias etc. As soon as his latest Ips continue to war, we suspect that he created a new sockpuppet. Thise Ips seem experienced and in just a few days he has edited a lot of articles Udha and his socks edited as well. He insults and attacks people all the time. I have behavioral evidence as well, this means that the case is confirmed. As one of the people attacked by him, I confirm Tllja rikes is just another sockpuppet of Udha, created just 1 day after his latest socks were discovered and blocked. Completed @Amarakuja: apologies for the slow response time here. I've done a few checks, and there are no shared IP addresses between the accounts that I can see. Most of these accounts have no edits within the last three months, so I cannot see their IPs anyway (the data is deleted after three months). If the edit warring is still a problem, you can protect the articles that are targeted, design an abuse filter for common phrases that the vandals use, or just block their accounts on sight.
