Glucken has insult other users. For example he/she has say "go to a psychiatric hospital psycho. There will come cops and you will run to hide. Go away moron with your stubid ideas." diff. Propagandise and mocks against Christians, and whosoever who does not agree agree with him/her he/she calls him mockingly "far-right" while he offenced because i called a wikipedian "left"! Also, he changes my words and wants from admins to block me. Do you want diffs? To concluse, you, the stewards are free to search whatever and anything from me. Ελλ, who is currently banned from the Greek Wikipedia, had multiple chances and opportunities to comply to the rules and despite the many warnings from administrators, he kept vandalising and also abusing other users by verbally assaulting or in some cases threatening them. Another well-used tactic that can be seen in his above-mentioned response, is the rhetoric of reverse accusation. A person (in this case me) who has expressed a very specific concern about him being a sock puppet, is unfairly targeted with random accusations (e.g me being a sock puppet). I consider this to be an attempt to turn the spotlight on unimportant issues. This is another example of breaching the rules, as from what I understand this section is not a vote or debate, but only a platform to report misbehaviour within the whole community. Furthermore, his constant attempts to accuse other users of anti-democratic or anti-christian tactics is simply flawed. What he really does is remove validated content from pages that he considers to be either anti-christian or against his own beliefs (that is another breach of POV). If you have any doubts about this, a look at his bans will immediately convince you. To address the ridiculous accusations about me being a sock puppet, he previously expressed a number of concerns regarding my intentions. Of course, I have directed him to this page in case he wanted to investigate this - he didn't and laughed off my suggestions. Hence, his response above is not only a clear breach of rules, but also an unnecessary distraction from the true issue regarding his activity. If an administrator could perform the checkuser, it would be greatly appreciated. In case you need me to provide any other information, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am pretty sure that everyone can fully realise the extent to which this person's telling the truth. Ελλ's obvious trolling behaviour and unintelligible use of English prove most of my points and hence, I don't have much to add. Furthermore, even here they clearly attempt to sabotage my request by turning it into a conversation-debate, though it isn't. His far-right clique within the Greek Wikipedia is doing the same, while the use of the Greek word "Christian-Taliban" is a famous pop culture reference that "somehow" offended the same group that vandalises on a daily basis. To summarise my points, I asked politely from the stewards to perform a quick check in order to determine whether this person is a sockpuppet or not. For the last time, dear Ruslik and Revi, can someone have a look at this or am I asking for something too unreasonable? I thought that this is the actual section to request checks. Thanks. It is true, as stated by user:Glucken123, that the contributions of user:Ελλ show great similarity to those of user:ΕρΚιλλ, a user who has been blocked indefinitely in the Greek-language WP for both abusive use of multiple accounts, and for personal attacks and legal threats to other users [2]. User ΕρΚιλλ is most likely -as I have shown [3], [4]- a sock of user Τακλαμακαν, an idle account since last January who besides its socks is using an army of IPs: 2A02:587:3A07:3600:6C42:60F7:D617:793C, 85.75.23.66, 2A02:587:3810:8E00:E878:1532:A355:E967, 2A02:587:3A07:3600:DC7C:4C71:F3A4:973A, 2A02:587:3A07:3600:4CA1:5863:FD92:BD50, 2A02:587:3A07:3600:8007:6026:1637:D05F, 94.66.59.47, 94.64.209.33. User Ελλ almost from the begening of its appearence in the Greek-language WP got itself involved in a hot topic, in a deletion discussion, by attacking other users in a very similar way to that of user ΕρΚιλλ in the same debate [5]. User Ελλ continued this way, by attacking others and by using legal threats as well, like user ΕρΚιλλ was doing paving its way, especially after the latter had been blocked permanently. I have filed several of Ελλ's personal attack cases in the Greek-language WP Admin. Noticeboard, and Ελλ has been blocked so far four times for attacking other users an for legal threats [6] (and one time for edit war). ——Chalk19 (talk) 21:40, 22 May 2018 (UTC)

Reason(s): Regarding the accounts Delarouvraie & Bianchi-Bihan :
This request concerns mainly behavorial patterns and ways of contributing of these two accounts, that highly disrupted fr.wiktionary the past months.
It has been a while now, that these accounts have been engaged in creating polemics and conflicts, engaging other contributors into them. Those conflicts have, for some of them, made contributors stop participating to the project. Both accounts have exhausted valuable contributors—that have never caused problems in years—:
- By using the same methods to gain credibility among other contributors, that is they put themselves in the position of a person you want to defend, in order to better achieve their goals.
Regarding Bianchi-Bihan, they present themself they present themself as a speaker of Breton (br-4) speaking French at a very basic level (fr-1), whereas their French has appeared, at many occasions, to be at a native level ([7], [8], etc.). It is therefore likely that the person using this account tries to create a fake profile to limitate any similarity between the sockpuppets. This account also uses contributors' talk pages to put pressure on the contributors they are in conflict with, to avoid direct dicussion (e.g. [9], [10], the latter having led a contributor stopping contributing because of harassment).
In the same way, Delarouvraie presents themself as a woman protecting the women's rights, modifying the definitions related to feminin terms, women, etc., which at first seems very respectable. At first only though, since his or her behavior in the community pages has shown at several occasions to be provocative, disrespectful towards other contributors ([11]), taking to task contributors that have never caused any conflict in the project, pointing e.g. their advanced age ([12], [13]). Delarouvraie also avoids frequently discussions, and prefers edit the pages directly, bypassing the other contributors' opinions ([14], [15]). - What is most important, both accounts have made other contributors abashed to the point of stopping contributing to the project:
Bianchi-Bihan made the only two regular contributors in Breton that fr.wiktionary had, give up their participation to the project ([16], [17]) - both contributors have accumulated 14,000+ contributions on fr.wiktionary without causing any issue on the project—Bianchi-Bihan has made around 400+ contributions. Delarouvraie made leave a new contributor ([18]) ; this contributor was brought by a contributor that absolutely never caused any single problem on the project, after 8+ years of contribution. The latter litterally felt ashamed ([19]) to have recommended the project to that new contributor.
This kind of harassing behaviors have not been seen in the project for years, and now they happen in the same period by two accounts that use the same harassing methods.
Moreover, these two accounts started being active on fr.wiktionary at about the same period.
Note that both Delarouvraie and Bianchi-Bihan have been blocked undefinitely on fr.wikipedia for (among other things) abusing of sockpuppets [20], [21].
Regarding Eszik: it has presumably been used to avoid the block of Delarouvraie, who was blocked for abuse of revocations on articles with similar content ([22]).
If it turns out that these accounts are technically related, this would save fr.wiktionary's administrators' time to moderate the discussions and the polemics these accounts launch continually. And this would be an excellent argument to convince users having left to come back and contribute peacefully. — Automatik (talk) 17:17, 22 May 2018 (UTC)Inconclusive technical data. - That's right dear Ruslik; it's a trolling request. User "I will apologise" is a troll. He has stated in the Greek-language WP that he is the blocked user "Digital Greece"/"Ελλ" [23], aka the globally blocked user "Νικόλας Παπαποστόλου" (see the case Ελλ@el.wikipedia, and also note my PS2), and that he requested this CU in order to have his name "cleared" from (past) accusations that he is also "Τακλαμακαν", or "ΓΙΑΝΗΣ" etc. This is a trolling request, a childish behavior at best. I think that all these accounts: "I will apologise" + "Digital Greece" + "Ελλ", must be locked globally. ——Chalk19 (talk) 20:27, 28 May 2018 (UTC)

- @-revi: User "I will apologise" knows all this. He is a sock of the globally locked user "Νικόλας Παπαποστόλου", a well known sockmaster and troll with cross-wiki abusive behavior. User "I will apologise" is just trolling; it is a predictable reaction of his, after his latest socks, users "Eλλ" and "Ditigal Greek" have been exposed by a recent CU. ——Chalk19 (talk) 08:38, 29 May 2018 (UTC)
Chalk19 I do not know nothing. Lies, lies. Yes they are my puppets and i have explained to "Αγορά" (Village pump) why i made these puppets but the hating for me has made blind. you are master how to complain to sysops for "personal attacks" (simply because you hate me) but of course you are cajoler and you have make self service the blocking. And, of course Revi lied because Greek Scorpion is active (of course he lied because the result will be in my favor and stewards they do not want to disappoint you). Maybe Chalk hates me because we have religious and political differences and issues and for many others. Really he complain to Greek sysops for mocks and attacks and now he mocked me (sockmaster, trolling etc). What an irony...
