Reason(s): After Ovidiu Doman was blocked for repeatedly introducing false death dates in biographies of living people, last time at w:ro:Denisa Emilia Răducu, AndrewChief registered his account and introduced the same false statement in the same article last edited by Ovidiu Doman, this time with an edit summary. Reason(s): Wikipedia Zero Morocco Case. This user, who just registered on mediawikiwiki, have shown an unusually high interest in the piracy from Wikipedia Zero Morocco Case in Phabricator. If it's needed, commons:Category:Users_suspected_of_abusing_Wikipedia_Zero has thousands of duck-socks that could be used for reference in the CheckUser process. Reason(s): This is a newly created account with practically no edits, with the exception of Janevistan, a humorous and satirical page present on sh.wikipedia. The same goes for Meta. We suspect that there are multiple accounts and IP addresses connected to this one, therefore we would like to check if it is true. This account seems to have been created in order for the troll/vandal to be able to spam the talk page, which has been locked for IPs and new users specifically because of one person's incessant spamming. Reason(s): LUMEA 2017 posted defamatory remarks about Romanian Wiktionary and me as an administrator on several Romanian language projects. Style, tone and content are similar to BAICAN XXX's (indefinitely blocked on all Romanian language projects, with a history of limited blocks on other sister projects such as en, de, it, fr, etc.). The user has a long list of known sock puppets, I just want to check if this too belongs to them so that I can make a decision as to how to proceed in this matter. I support this request. I thought for a moment about indefinitely blocking the account on the grounds of "Duck". What's the probability of a single purpose account deploring on ro.wikipedia the absence from ro.wiktionary of an infamous incompetent user - especially when it comes to language?
