I have not checked every of them, but those I did, they use a different IP so rangeblock is not going to work. I suggest you set up abuse filters, and spam and title blacklists. If another steward wants to have a look at this, be my guest. —Marco Aurelio 19:35, 18 December 2015 (UTC)

Discussion: There is no community at a testwiki, so no discussion

Reason(s): Since about one month there are accounts, which doing things after a structure: They upload files every day / or every second day, which are copyvios. All users don't respond to messages, but continue uploading. This could be sockets from Lol Pink/Pinky Jones, but the main reason are the copyvios, this is a problem, even for a testwiki, so we can add rangeblocks / abusefilters to stop this.
