They try from different account to established only one thing and adding promotional information about a person named Shamsul Arefin who is not notable. And they have no interest in any Wikipedia article without this. So I want to be sure whether they are the same person. --Moheen Reeyad (talk) 05:01, 6 August 2015 (UTC)

@Billinghurst: We had a deletion discussion at w:bn:উইকিপিডিয়া:নিবন্ধ অপসারণের প্রস্তাবনা/শামসুল আরেফীন (২য় মনোনয়ন) where above users actually supported each other to establish শামসুল আরেফীন. As far as I can see, most of the users have the same interest related to শামসুল আরেফীন. They are all related within IP range, though whether they are spambot is to be determined. If they are problematic, then block them. Reason(s): Sjølknipsa=søllfy was blocked as a sock puppet of Sju hav (no:Kategori:Mistenkte sokkedukker for Sju hav/en:Category:Wikipedia sockpuppets of Sju hav/en:Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Sju hav) based on edit pattern, e.g. new user (which obiously has Wikipedia experience) posting a request on the Village Pump (no:Wikipedia:Torget) whether a specific neologlism is relevant for an article. Ambulance chæiser also has his first edits on the Village Pump (new users rarely post their first edit here, and almost all of them has been identified as sockpuppets of Sju hav, at least those who seem to be experienced in editing on Wikipedia).Computer scientist Excelsior was blocked as a Sju hav sockpuppet after his edits on no:Transkjønnethet, an article dominated by a row of sockpuppets since April. In the wikiUSSR was not blocked after editing on the same article due to limited data, but the reference to a recent newspaper article indicates similar edit pattern. This is an influential request, both in Persian Wikipedia and Persian Wikiquote. Sonia Sevilla had been banned in Wikipedia before, and ع م گ is a known sockpuppeter. On the other hand, the result of the RfD in Persian Wikiquote is very dependent to this CU request. Please do this appeal ASAP then. Thanks in advance. ● Mehran^Debate 16:24, 17 August 2015 (UTC)

I have found several overlaps between Sonia Sevilla and ع م گ who edited from different access points at the same time [2] [3] [4] [5]. Also many overlaps between مژگان 74 and Sonia Sevilla [6] [7] [8] [9]. Therefore, it is:

Unrelated for Sonia Sevilla / ع م گ and Sonia Sevilla / مژگان 74
Inconclusive for مژگان 74 / ع م گ who never contributed the same days, except 13 August (ویژه until 14:12 UTC and مژگان 74 from 16:28 UTC, so enough time to move from one place to another).
Inconclusive for Alinowe and all the other accounts.

The only relation I could find was in that مژگان 74 and مهتاب آشنا (not mentioned in this SRCU) are

Declined. Since the accounts are new, have very few edits and the requesting user asserts that they behave similarly, I think that this is best handled applying the duck test and blocking the accounts based on edits, since copyright infringement is per se a reason for block. —Marco Aurelio 12:43, 21 August 2015 (UTC)

Reason(s): There is an edit war on this article (Kurdish people) and also related dispute on it's talk page. These three users have been involved in the edit war and they are in the same side. User:Farvartish and user:Musicpresent have backed each other on our administrators' noticeboard and have supported each other (example). They also have similar edits on the same issue (Please compare these links: 1, 2, 3). User:مکری16 and user:Musicpresent both have attacked user:World Cup 2010 (here and here) recently. Reason(s): Vote-stacking and personal attacks. This IP has previously used against one other et.wiki admin, Pikne, who Ahsoous has repetitively attacked and called for removal of his admin rights (example). Comment has information, that is known to only few persons (including Ahsoous) and it makes bold accusations. Making sure, that this IP isn't related to him would help to stabilize the local communication and stop more mud-slinging taking place before it escalates.
