Reason(s): vote-stacking in the deletion procedure of an article regarding an institution claiming to have $600 billion to buy Greece's National Debt. New users are created in order to vote and disrupt the procedure while some of them constantly conduct revert wars in the article. Geilamir (talk) 18:36, 27 February 2014 (UTC)

Reason(s): The same LTA continues with their disruption to this and other projects. I request that the underlying IP range is blocked to prevent further abuse. Please note that several IP ranges have already been blocked by many stewards and myself, and these actions do not seem to have had a solid effect. LlamaAl (talk) 16:59, 16 March 2014 (UTC)

Checked, though impossible to apply rangeblock. The ranges used are very diverse and seem to be on one-account-only basis. There are no other accounts on these IP's. Sa vh ^ñ 17:20, 16 March 2014 (UTC)
