Global bot status for YiFeiBot

Removing interlanguage links to from pages if the link is already on Wikidata. Bot has been running on the above 4 wikis for more than half a year without issues (at least nobody reported any issues afaik), and many other wikis still lack this feature. i18n have just been added from legobot's script. @Ruslik0: It is now in August. Any concerns? Note that the new i18n-refreshed script has ran on the above 4 approved wikis in the last two weeks. And the script that start running on individual wikis (fetched from WikiSets) is at tool labs.
