Global bot requests

Global Bot status for Aibot

I would like to request my bot's global flag. this bot has flag in more then 50 wikis. running since 01/2008 Thank you!--A1 21:16, 21 September 2008 (UTC)

Hm, blocked infinitely on three wikis. --Thogo (talk) 21:13, 1 October 2008 (UTC)
Some wiktionaries have stupid rules. You cannot add many interwikis if you don't have bot status. In Polish Wiktionary adding iwikis to Russian Wiktionary is forbidden.--Ahonc 21:45, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
Done. I cannot find any issues with this bot except running without a bot flag, which is not a problem with a global bot. —Pathoschild 15:36:38, 09 October 2008 (UTC)

Global Bot status for Thijs!bot

I would like to request my bot's global flag. this bot has flag in more then 100 wikis and is running since May 2006. Thank you!--Thijs! Thijs! 06:12, 23 September 2008 (UTC)

Your bot was blocked infinitely on jawiki in 2006, maybe you should ask them for reconsidering. ;) --Thogo (talk) 21:14, 1 October 2008 (UTC)
Hm, I would grant you the flag, but it doesn't work. It says "Thijs!bot" does not exist as a username (neither on Meta nor on any other wiki, I tried several including nlwiki and others). --Thogo (talk) 21:38, 1 October 2008 (UTC)
Please merge your account using Special:MergeAccount.--Kwj2772 04:29, 2 October 2008 (UTC)
Not done, no response. Please file a new request when the account is merged, and watch it for comments. —Pathoschild 15:39:03, 09 October 2008 (UTC)
Done, the bot now has a unified account. —Pathoschild 09:54:51, 14 January 2010 (UTC)

Global Bot status for Ginosbot

I would like to request my bot's global flag. this bot has flag in ~40 wikis and is running since November 2007 for all purposes on it.wiki, and since April 2008 as an interwiki bot on the other wikis (list). Thank you Ginosal 14:56, 26 September 2008 (UTC)

Global Bot status for Yonidebot

I would like a global bot flag for my bot. I am running interwiki.py from the Hebrew Wikipedia. I started a couple of days ago. I have a bot flag in hewiki and enwiki. As for my trustworthiness, I am a sysop on hewiki and my bot has made over 160,000 edits [1]. Thank you, Yonidebest 21:04, 30 September 2008 (UTC)

Seems to be a little bit early for me. Only two bot flags so far, active since 2006, but only on two wikis. That's not global enough for me. --Thogo (talk) 21:35, 1 October 2008 (UTC)
Give a man a chance :-) I have only recently decided to run the interwiki bot. It will be a waste to run the bot and not fix the interwikis in all languages. I have applied manually for a bot flag in the big Wikipedias. As I see it, receiving the global bot flag is a matter of trust, not quantity. Please reconsider. Thanks, Yonidebest 22:04, 1 October 2008 (UTC)
Please wait until the bot is more global. The requirement for multiple local bot flags allows us to answer many questions: how well it deals with multiple character sets, whether you can adapt it to per-wiki rules, how well you deal with complaints or crosswiki complications, et cetera. The global bot flag should only be used to facilitate the extension of bots that are already experienced with crosswiki tasks. —Pathoschild 15:46:18, 09 October 2008 (UTC)

Global Bot status for AkhtaBot

I would like to request my bot's global flag. my bot has flag in arwiki, enwiki and frwiki. and has more than 25K edits. i use it for all purposes on arwiki (where I'm sysop), and as an interwiki bot on the other wikis. Thank you! --Bassem JARKAS 16:21, 2 October 2008 (UTC)

Only 3 wikis, that seems a bit few. DarkoNeko 23:47, 2 October 2008 (UTC)
It's not mentioned in global bot access requirements how many flags should i have!!! --Bassem JARKAS 18:00, 3 October 2008 (UTC)
Done in good faith. SUL util shows three bot flags, but this users does have many edits in a few more wikis that I have no reasonable ground to doubt its trustworthiness as our policy does not define what exactly several wikis would mean.--Jusjih 01:09, 6 October 2008 (UTC)

Global Bot status for Loveless

Global bot status for Robbot

Robbot is the oldest still running bot (its oldest edits on the Dutch Wikipedia are from november 2003), and has bot status at 131 wikipedia languages (if I counted correctly on http://toolserver.org/~dungodung/cgi-bin/userrights?user=Robbot) plus commons. It is used on all languages of Wikipedia (sometimes with sometimes without bot flag) for interwiki (although not as actively as it used to be, because I tend to leave the more mundane work for other bots), and on Dutch Wikipedia for many purposes (in particular for disambiguation).
