Plus, this bot qualifies for automatic approval under site policy. Direct link to English language policy subpage. Our site implements the standard policy, with additions. Relevant here: "Approval will be automatically granted for bots that are ... established on a sister project, and operated by a sysop on either of the two sites." Qualification is established in the request by the link labelled "Behearders" (sysop) and the toolservers link, labelled "16.000 bydragen" (16.000 edits).

Glad you haven't done this yet. I just realised I cannot properly rely on that second exemption ground here, since as sole admin, I implemented the policy myself, and did so less than 7 days ago! That would constitute a bill of attainder style end-run around your well thought-out policy. If you didn't happen to notice what I did, that would be dishonest. Thanks! For both those reasons, due to the lack of a community, I respectfully submit that the 7-day waiting period should not apply. (But if you don't agree, I understand, and will twiddle my thumbs for a while. :-D)
