Bot archiving

What if we allow bot archiving for RFD also? Syum90 (talk) 11:10, 30 June 2017 (UTC)

The only problem with this is that we would not have the archives ordered by page type and by decision taken, but I think this would not be a big issue. Opinions? Syum90 (talk) 16:33, 4 July 2017 (UTC)

Done. As on Meta:Proposed page moves "timeout" parameter is setted very long to ensure that the requests will be archived only when resolved (only when template "section resolved" is added). When a request is resolved we only have to add the template "section resolved" and the bot will archive the section in 7 days; otherwise request will not be archived until 6 months, this is a very large period of time which ensures that no request will be archived before being attended. AffCom's opinion on falseness of WMSVK's Annual report 2018

For record, my request to delete Wikimedians of Slovakia/Reports/2018/en and Wikimedians of Slovakia/Reports/2018/sk was deferred to Affiliations Committee at 15 February 2021 (see the archive). AffCom meets once in month and there was more than a month from the deferral, so AffCom may already have its opinion, although AffCom was bit unclear about it when I have communicated with them. Today I have asked AffCom to inform Meta admins on the matter, so hopefully Manavpreet Kaur, a Affiliations Committee Support Associate, can inform us about AffCom's findings. --KuboF Hromoslav (talk) 16:32, 31 March 2021 (UTC)
