Generally it is advised to use the professional experience. Your example is perfect, now it depends how you present it. If it is presented nicely, it would make a perfect answer.

There is a place in the application page where you can ask the question you have. They are very responsive. I suggest drop a mail now. Deadline is more than 24 hours from now. They will reply back.

Hi,
I have two queries :
1. The essay needs to be uploaded as a single PDF, so can we include the question as well to indicate the respective response, or just the question number is sufficient ?
2. After uploading all documents, do we get any confirmation for submission, since there is no option to submit the application as such in the page ?

Jaghan yes there is no option for confirmation. It it shows green tick, that's it I think. for the 1st question, I think we can include the question or just the numbers. either way should work

i have a doubt. does the LOR also have to be submitted by the same deadline?? My GMAT scores and LORs are showing pending. If they reach within a week, will they still be considered in R2?

How much time does it genearly take for Mcgill to start rolling out interview invites? and if you don't get an invite do they send a rejection mail?
Generally, what's the time period to either get selected or rejected for an interview.

Usually you will get some decision (rejection/ interview invite) in 2-3 weeks. Could be more than that too due to high volume of applications

For the MMF program, do you know when will a decision (rejection/ interview invite) email should be expected? I see from previous answers that from 2-3 weeks but if I applied in early Jan. and the international deadline was Jan 15. From which date do the 2-3 weeks should start rolling?

Just want to know if anyone else also received an email from McGill stating that the preliminary review is completed and you will be invited for an interview and will be contacted by the team to schedule the interview. because i couldn't see the change in status over the application screen, so just want to confirm.

And have you scheduled the interview also?

You won't see any change unless you are admitted or rejected. The portal only reflects the final decision. Wait for 2-3 days, you will be contacted over the email again

Hello,
I mailed the admissions Team for a similar concern. They said everything including the LORs need to be completed by 15th for the application to be considered for R2. However, they also mentioned that they consider applications on rolling basis.
