Recently there has been some confusion regarding my post on submission of GMAT results for round 1. The post could be found here.
I called up the admissions office of ISB today to confirm the deadline of submission of GMAT scores, they(ISB Admission's Office) confirmed that they have indeed provided relaxation in the submission of GMAT scores for Round 1.
So, just to avoid any confusion I'll re-iterate the announcement here for time being. The official mail will be circulated by the end-of-the today or tomorrow(as confirmed by the admissions Office)
The Webinar was conducted by ISB admissions Team and the following was announced by them: 1. They have been receiving numerous requests for shifting the deadline of Round 1 back to Oct 15. 2. So, instead of shifting ISB made this provision where you can submit your completed applications by R1 deadline(ie Sept 15, 2018) and giving GMAT later but by Oct 15. 3. Provided the date for the GMAT Exam is fixed before Sept 15, 2018. 4. Also, in case of multiple attempts during this duration(and satisfying both No. 3 and 4), the higher score will be considered by ISB. Candidate can report the score directly to ISB in exam, and the ISB's systems will automatically will pick up the highest score. 5. The IR score is not evaluated for the admissions, however AWA is. 6. Details on how to fill the scores and other intricacies will be mentioned in the OFFICIAL mail circulated by ISB.
Note: 1. Since, this came as a pretty big announcement for me, I could not focus on whether the same(above mentioned relaxations) are applicable to GRE. 2. Also, I can not recall anything similar being announced regarding the Round 2(will have to wait for Official Mail.)
I'll update the post as soon as I receive the Official Mail
Update: Just received the following mail from ISB
Dear Aspirant,
Thank you for your interest in ISB’s Post Graduate Programme in Management.
As you know, we have advanced the application deadlines for PGP this year and have been receiving numerous extension requests due to unavailability of test dates. To enable you to apply to Cycle-1, we are extending the test score submission date to 15 October 2018. However, you will have to submit your complete PGP application (w/o scores) by 15 September 2018.
Here are some pointers for submitting your application without a test score The complete PGP application must be submitted by 15 September 2018 (w/o test scores) Letter of Recommendation, Essays, Work Exp. and all other components must be complete In the GMAT/GRE Section, input your score as “zero” & upload your test confirmation document/ email with the test date
The test date should be between 16 September 2018 and 15 October 2018 and official test scores should be reported to Indian School of Business (School code for GMAT: N2D-J5-01, GRE: 7892)
The interviews for candidates (submitting test scores between 16 September 2018 and 15 October 2018) will be held separately (not on regular Cycle-1 scheduled dates) and results will be announced before 31 December 2018.

As per the official mail, the test dates should fall between 12 Sept and 15 Oct, so I think You should be eligible. However, just to be 100% sure you call up the Admissions Office to confirm.

Any Idea where we need to update the raw scores now? I had submitted the application without the scores.
Better mail ISB mentioning your Application ID and Gmat Appointment ID. At one instance, for one of the applicants, they said that they have received the official score and still they asked to send a copy of the unofficial score report to them.
