IMO D
Conclusion: it is difficult to predict the result of a fair coin flip.
Question Stem:
Which of the following, if true, contributes most to an explanation of why the outcome of a coin flip is difficult to predict even though it is well determined?
i.e. resolve the paradox that even after knowing the rules to determine why is it difficult to predict

option D – states it “requires extraordinarily precise estimation” indicating that it is tough/difficult to measure.
