Re: Should I send official GMAT score to schools? [#permalink]
Just use the free sends.  Don't pay to send to more schools at this point.

Schools will accept unofficial scores till you get in. (Most schools.) And this is about 4 - 5 years away, and you may get a better score by then.

So don't waste money.

Hi everyone,

Current college senior planning to apply to business school in 4-5 years. Took the GMAT Focus recently and received a 715, so pretty happy. Should I send the score to some of the schools I'm interested in? I'm aiming for M7 but I read that for many of them they accept self-reported scores. I'm also considering retaking it so would it be better to send a good score in now? Thanks!

Yes, send. You can always send your second scores if you decide to retake it and do better.

Good luck and congrats.

Hi tuhguhmuh,

715 is a great GMAT FE score. You can use your free send to report your scores to the universities. As you are planning to re-attempt your GMAT FE, you can send in your scores to more universities then.

The business schools in the USA are super competitive requiring an overall strong profile to ensure admissions. You can schedule a free call with our MBA consultants to understand the application roadmap in detail. Basis your profile, the team can help you channel your time and efforts and build a strong profile.

Our MBA consultants have helped ample students submit successful applications to M7 and Tier 1 business schools across the globe.
