Within how many days of submitting the application do the recommenders receive link for submittin LOR?

For the HEC MBA application, you can already initiate the LoR forms to your recommenders before submitting the application (by filling in their details in the corresponding section) i.e. you don't have to wait until submission.

Also, I read that there are approx. 300 students spread over both the intakes. But how many are there in Jan intake?

I'll need to check the exact numbers for the latest batch, but it's usually equally split across intakes. Earlier (~5-6 years back), there used to be more participants in Sep than in Jan, but I've been hearing that the batches are almost of equal size during the past few years.
