Hi, I had cancelled my forum quiz subscription prior to automatic billing but still the amout got deducted. Can you please look into it as my subscription was supposed to be renewed on January 3, 2024 but I cancelled it on January 2 (IST) and still I got a message today that the amount has been deducted whereas i had already cancelled my subscription.

Hi, I am looking to cancel my subscription but I get taken to an error page when I do so. Could you cancel my subscription/confirm it has been canceled? Thanks!

Recurring billing is off.

This means you have successfully cancelled your subscription.­

How many days before the recurring payment do we have to cancel the subscription if we don't want to continue with it? Also, how does one cancel the same?
