Implausible redirect, given that Padloack doesn't even exist in main space. 88.97.195.160 (talk) 19:40, 10 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Not sure if this is appropriate, as "bias" implies something untoward (as with the rest of the article). Plenty of news outlets that are openly left or right-wing but there is nothing wrong about it. GnocchiFan (talk) 18:56, 10 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, that redirect violates WP:NPOV for me, delete. Jonteemil (talk) 19:01, 10 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think these are good redirects. Redirects exist to lead people to the right place, not to avoid redlinks. When someone bothers writing these pages, then they can become bluelinks, but not until then. Also, the risk for it staying unwritten is higher when it is a bluelink than if it were a redlink. No longer mentioned at target. The second redirect is fully protected, so I cannot tag it. –LaundryPizza03 (d) 02:33, 24 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

It is mentioned at List of ethnic slurs and epithets by ethnicity, although that article does seem like a WP:CFORK to me. 162 etc. (talk) 02:45, 24 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I agree that List of ethnic slurs and epithets by ethnicity and List of ethnic slurs have a CFORK problem; the only difference scope-wise is sorting order, with the original target being alphabetically sorted by the slurs and the other list being sorted by target ethnicity. This issue should probably be resolved (and the two pages possibly re-merged) before we figure out where this should target. 𝔏𝔲𝔫𝔞𝔪𝔞𝔫𝔫🌙🌙🌙 𝔗𝔥𝔢 𝔐𝔬𝔬𝔬𝔬𝔬𝔫𝔦𝔢𝔰𝔱 (talk) 13:04, 24 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Jay: I added a reference. The wording may need to be updated to reflect the reference (but it seemed generally okay). Better references very likely also exist. — Godsy (TALKCONT) 20:59, 12 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I tried to convert it to a {{cite book}} but the save errored out with An automated filter has identified this edit as containing references to one of the following self-publishing companies: ..., Lulu.com, Xlibris, or Grosvenor House Publishing. Please be aware that self-published sources may be vanity publishing and rarely meet Wikipedia's standards for reliable sources.. I have re-tagged it with {{Better source needed}}. Jay 💬 14:21, 18 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Jay: Added another. Bloomsbury Publishing should be fine (I believe they made a foray into self-publishing at one point, but not at the time this one was published). Better sources likely exist still (I just haven't the time to sift them out for the next while). — Godsy (TALKCONT) 10:53, 19 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Looks good. I converted it to a {{cite book}}. Jay 💬 05:03, 20 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Delete as an unlikely redirect from a foreign language. ArcticSeeress (talk) 09:34, 10 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

delete. don't know why there's a redirect in portuguese if the language doesn't even exist. that aside, the article isn't necessarily about "technological" observatories (whatever that's supposed to mean) cogsan (me incomodar) (me perseguir) 12:24, 10 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Retarget Sdn Bhd refers to a malaysian public company. Sendririnan Berhad is not a person but a longer version. I agree with the IP though, the current article is very UK-specific. 48JCL 12:40, 30 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
