Overall: As noted above, the lede should be beefed up before this hits the main page. Also, given the recent RFC, I'm not sure focusing on the negative aspects of this BLP (i.e., the goat head protest), is going to fly on the main page. (Some time ago, the Bekasi Regency Environment Service actually sent a letter of protest to the Regent of Bekasi, asking the regent to be responsible for the environmental impact and consequences of the waste thrown by the waste trucks.)
