Submission declined on 20 December 2023 by Oltrepier (talk). This submission does not appear to be written in the formal tone expected of an encyclopedia article. Entries should be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources. Please rewrite your submission in a more encyclopedic format. Please make sure to avoid peacock terms that promote the subject. This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

- Comment: The article kind of sounds like a CV, rather than an encyclopedic page; plus, some statements are still unsourced, while other citations might either be too biased or provide insufficient context. Oltrepier (talk) 10:18, 20 December 2023 (UTC)

editSchrader began her career in 2010 as a speaker and writer, and began working as a reporter and contributor to various media outlets, including The Jerusalem Post, The Forward, Washington Post, NBC News and others.[11][12][13] She is also a frequent commentator on Middle Eastern affairs in English, Arabic[14] and Persian[15][16][17][18]

Throughout her career, Schrader has been outspoken about women’s rights and advancement in Israel and in the Middle East. [21] Schrader is a prominent voice from Israel against the Islamic Republic of Iran and in favor of Israeli-Iranian civil relations.[22][7][23] Schrader has previously been targeted by the Islamic Republic of Iran itself for her activism and support of Iranian women.[24][25]
