See WP:ANI#Persistent disruption at Cumulonimbus and well beyond. The master was blocked for socking at es.wiki. Unar64P was blocked for vandalism at es.wiki. It would be easier if es.wiki connected the two or even identified the socks of the master (unless of course this is an instance of WP:LOUTSOCK). Frankly, even if the two accounts are not socks, they are probably blockable anyway, but I've requested a CU to determine the relationship if any and possibly find other accounts. I know we have a hurricane LTA--did they have a Spanish name? I don't know if this is the one, but I did place a CU block on their account and their three other accounts.
