As explained in the SPI archive, the master's name is 'Rakibul Hasan Mahmud'. In enwiki, the user made special:diff/1231630229 to Mohammad Rakibul Hasan. At Commons, they made commons:special:diff/890833883 to commons:Category:Mohammad Rakibul Hasan. They also made changes to the respective Wikidata item (d:Q126897736, d:Special:Contributions/RaimaParomita). In simplewiki, the user made simple:Rakibul Hasan Mahmud (Mohammad) (simple:special:redirect/logid/2757673), a BLP with the same (middle) name, same occupation (journalist), same nationality (Bangladesh), as well as the previously deleted versions at enwiki/simplewiki. I don't think adding a disambiguation like this would be an idea of a user whose account was recently made.
