Links paid for through Upwork listing. Added by above user which can be seen through their contribution history. Would normally just remove but I see the site founder previously had the website Wikipedia page deleted and also has a personal Wikipedia page which tells me that there is a good chance these links will be added back eventually.--CNMall41 (talk) 04:44, 11 September 2023 (UTC)

AVG AntiVirus software pops-up a malware infected warning. I've removed links (all of them I hope) from pages listing the NMOHHC. Better and safer sources are available to provide citations on MOH related articles. – S. Rich (talk) 19:05, 12 September 2023 (UTC)

The HPSG page of Wikipedia links to the webarchive for the Stanford page. http://web.stanford.edu/group/cslipublications/cslipublications/HPSG/ I was about to fix this to discover that the xyz domain is blocked. Can you please whitelist the proceedings? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2.205.68.46 (talkcontribs)

The entire .xyz top-level domain is blocked as most sites using that are low quality.  Defer to Whitelist OhNoitsJamie Talk 14:20, 14 September 2023 (UTC)
But wouldn't it be possible to whitelist just the subdomain? The page has the proceedings of 30 years of work on a linguistic theory. It is clearly relevant for the topic of Head-Driven Phrase Structure. Right now there is a link to the web-archive to get the CSLI papers which have been moved to the new domain. This website was blocked back in 2009 due to presumably affiliated users using it as a citation for their own edits: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki_talk:Spam-blacklist/archives/December_2009#maltagenealogy.com_and_saidvassallo.com (discussed by User:Jehochman and User:RGTraynor, added by User:Hu12)

Abeyance's section titled "Peerages called out of abeyance by year of initial abeyance" cited a few pages in http://www.leighrayment.com/peers/. The citations were added by User:Worobiew on 7 November 2011 in two edits: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=459513101&oldid=459434016&title=Abeyance and https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=459515491&oldid=459513101&title=Abeyance.

At some point the leighrayment.com was usurped, so on 15 August 2021, Wayback Medic 2.5 replaced them with archive links, and on 25 October 2022 it added the {{usurped}} template to them.

I found the same content reproduced and updated at https://www.maltagenealogy.com/LeighRayment/peers.htm, and attempted to update the citations accordingly, but was blocked from performing such an edit. I was attempting to apply the following edit to Abeyance#Peerages_called_out_of_abeyance_by_year_of_initial_abeyance:

Could maltagenealogy.com be removed from the spam blacklist so I can make this edit? If not, what should I do?

brandbookings.com

Added today:

After Chestraid's edits were reverted, a series of IPs added the spam link, however each IP only added one link each, presumably to avoid scrutiny and to prevent easy reversion of the ref spam. There are likely much more than what is listed here that others reverted before I saw them. - Aoidh (talk) 21:25, 23 September 2023 (UTC)
