The Federal Correctional Complex, Oakdale (FCC Oakdale) is a United States federal prison complex for male inmates in Oakdale, Louisiana. It is operated by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, a division of the United States Department of Justice, and consists of two main facilities:

  • The Federal Correctional Institution, Oakdale (FCI Oakdale) houses low-security male inmates.
  • The Federal Detention Center (FDC Oakdale) is an administrative facility housing male pre-trial and holdover inmates. An adjacent satellite prison camp houses minimum-security male inmates.

Bernard Ebbers 56022-054 Currently serving sentence at FCI Oakdale; scheduled for release in 2028.[4] Former CEO of Worldcom; convicted in 2005 of orchestrating an $11 billion accounting fraud that brought down the telecommunications company in 2002.[5]
Edwin Edwards 03128-095 Released in 2011.[6] Former Governor of Louisiana; convicted in 2000 of racketeering and extortion.[7]
Andrew Fastow 14343-179 Released in 2011.[8] Former CFO of Enron; pleaded guilty to wire fraud and securities fraud in 2004 for his role in the company's 2001 collapse.[9]
Carlton Norah 66369-061 Transferred; scheduled for release in 2016.[10] Pleaded guilty in 2012 to writing a letter threatening US President Barack Obama and his family while serving a sentence at FCI Oakdale.[11]
Don Siegelman 24775-001 Released in 2008.[12] Former Governor of Alabama; convicted in 2006 of bribery and other charges.[13]
Oliver Thomas 30296-034 Released from custody in 2010.[14] Former member of the New Orleans City Council; pleaded guilty to bribery in 2007.[15]
