Wikibooks is for creating educational textbooks. It is unclear what you want to do, but it doesn't seem likely to be in scope for Wikibooks. MarcGarver (discusscontribs) 14:37, 23 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

Wikibooks in Yoruba

[edit source]

Hi community, my name is Timi and I'm the vice President of Osun Wikimedia Network I want to inform you that I'm currently planning to carry out a community project on wikibooks where I and my community members would edit English wikibooks to Yoruba an indigenous language of more than 48 million people West African ethnic group who mainly inhabit parts of Nigeria, Benin, and Togo. I need your advice and encouragement in carrying out this Project.OTim75 (discusscontribs) 09:31, 14 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

this project only accepts books written in English. It can't accept books written in Yoruba. The correct approach is to request a new language Wikibooks. The place to do that is on Meta, m:Requests for new languages. MarcGarver (discusscontribs) 15:59, 14 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

Book Request/Proposal

[edit source]

The proposal is that Wikibooks Contributors write a guide on how to use LLM generative text tools 'responsibly'.
